Material is thick and not really breathable.While they look decent online I would not get them again. Not great for athletic activities.This is not a loose fit. It is a little snug in the top but shorts fit fine.

They are light and easy to wash and dry.
My son said they are very comfortable. He plays tennis so he's in full sun and they keep the sweat away from his skin.
