mount and battery poor
I bought this as it was cheap and having the more expensive ones from other manufacturers in the past i thought i would take a punt. Its a bit of a double edged sword as the IR torch is really good, its focusable and the beam does a really good job on on the night vision scope i have. However the battery lasts literally 5 minutes which can be rectified by purchasing a better quality one. then we come to the mount, i can only ask if these two things are meant to be together or have they just threw two different things in the box. the torch spins and flaps about in the mount once its fully tightened. its a real shame as i am pleased overall with the performance from the torch but the accessories really drag down a reasonable product at a reasonable price. i now have shares in Duct tape which helped padding the torch to fit the mount, i may need shares in national power to run the IR for more than 5 mins!!

Works perfectly so glad it worked and was delivered fast as needed for my permission shoot as my other device let me down and this is much better and smaller than my old oneWould buy again
