It's the perfect way by taking the magnesium early in the AM. I am a stroke victim, & I have to take multiple pills as soon as I get up, including gabapentin . These yummy gummies - kosher/Halal - are perfect for when I first crack my eyes open. The allotted time - 1 - 2 hours - is perfect. It disappears in an instant. Also, when it comes to gelatin, the kosher/Halal is an added bonus. For 20+ years, I & other people on both sides of the aisle (I was a nutritionist assistant for years) have been vocally asking companies where were the alternatives for gelatin.
