I had 3 provided by my respiratory therapist before I switched insurance carriers and it was just easier for me to order online. So I searched by the Resmed part number and these come up. Size Large, they arrive and seem the same, but after MONTHS AND MONTHS of trying to tighten and loosen the straps (I purchased new headgear on the same day I purchased my mask I’m writing the review about) and even tried lowering the pressure on my machine and NOTHING provides me with a night of sleep where I can get over 80% air seal. I’m getting giant leaks once pressure ramps up, like 4 hour large leak alerts on my phone from my machine when I wake up and it will say 71% of night spent in large leak. What’s the point of using CPAP if you’re not getting the air you need to get rested??!! I’ve tried different pillows I’ve tried everything I haven’t gain or lost any weight from when I used my old masks so my pressure hasn’t changed. I have attached photos showing my reports using the masks that came from my respiratory therapist and photo of the report using the Amazon Resmed masks. You can see if you look at mask fit I only got 100% fitment 4-5 times and when you look at the top chart on usage there’s a very short bar indicating low mask wear time. Those are nights I got so frustrated I strapped that bish so hard to my face and said whatever let’s try that. Clearly it didn’t work. I’m so frustrated I just want to get some damn sleep it’s been almost a year now and I have now resorted to trying the Remzzz cpap liners. It boosted my seal from 25-30% to 55% but I’ll give it a chance for another week if it doesn’t improve I’m switching to F20 with memory foam. These must be defective masks bc there’s no other reason I can figure out why I’m having such bad leaks at the exact same pressure and even lower pressure I’ve used for years!

Was not what I expected the item is very small in size has very little weight and it comes with no attachments its Flimsy @ BEST&once you Buy...its yours no returns it's advertised correctly I just expected more from. Resmed..?

The order was placed and arrived earlier than expected. The product meets my expectations and will likely purchase again. No complaints or issues with the service or product.
