Man,I use eyeliners, all types but this one takes the cake!!This eyeliner goes on soooo smooth. It doesn’t irritate the eyes at all. I have super sensitive eyes (to the point where I can’t even wear mascara sometimes) .It is not waterproof so keep that in mind.On the outer layer of the eyelid, it will smudge but if that’s the look you like, get it.This is for all the waterline girlies&guys!This is like yes, love .
