My husband and I put this together in about 3 hours. Instructions were easy and every piece was labeled. Some reviews mentioned this was shakey but I disagree, I quick tightening at the end of assembly took care of that. Perfect for my 8 year old daughter.

Very cute loft, but I’m not sure how long we’ll have it for. It shakes A LOT when child climbs up and gets settled in bed. Also the weight wanting stickers are very difficult to get off, I had to use serious elbow grease and goo gone.

Thus bed looks great put together.... it's the getting it together part. Lol.My bf criticized and said it was cheap. But to me it looks and feels very sturdy. It was definitely a two person job to put together. But my daughter picked it out and loves it.

I've had this bed for 5 months and I can say, for the choice of bed I got ($300 with shipping), this bed is definitely worth it. I was looking through other beds and despite the others costing around the same as this bed, they were made of metal with thin frames. I will say that it did come with some indents or tears on some parts, but tbh for the price and the fact it's solid wood, I don't mind. I'm pretty short but I was able to build the entire bed by myself easily. It comes with optional pieces to attach it to the wall so it doesn't shake, I chose not to do that because I don't want to ruin my wall. It shakes but not a lot or I've just gotten used to it. I don't like the stepladder style ladder since it takes a little more space, but I can deal with it.Overall, cute bed and I feel safe sleeping in it.
