I run a street kitchen, and we serve over 100 people per week, we used to use the pump action flask, but they broke too quickly, this baby handles a large capacity of water and keeps temp for hours! We dont use the pop out feet, but position the tap over the edge of the table! this is a complete game changer, we now have 3 and we would be lost without them!

I really like these beverage dispensers, they are exactly what I need BUT the taps are too weak. This one broke after only two days of use. I do not understand why I can't get a replacement tap rather than replacing the whole unit. not only is this a waste of money, but a complete waste of resources as there is nothing wrong with the unit that a new tap can't fix. Surely the manufacturers can supply the parts as they are separate to the dispensers and just screw on. Very frustrating!!!!!!

Very good item. Stylish and light weight. Easily holds the temperature for couple of hours.

We bought this to store large volumes of very hot boiling water for easy serving of teas and coffees. Unfortunately it's insulating qualities are poor and the water does not remain at a good serving temperature. Our smaller pump pots perform much better. Very disappointing!!

Exactly what I needed. Perfect for training events. Water stays hot for hours and don’t need to keep topping it up once it’s half full it serves eneough for 25 people to have a couple of hot drinks each .

The Olympia Beverage Dispenser 14L/510X230mm Stainless Steel Liquor Drink Utensils is an excellent choice for serving tea. It keeps beverages warm for about 4-5 hours, making it ideal for daily use. We've had both the current and the previous version, and while they perform well, there are some design issues. The legs appear somewhat weak and unreliable for long-term use, and after pouring each cup, the dispenser's mouth tends to leak temporarily, causing a bit of a mess. The previous version was more reliable in terms of leakage but had its own issues with the legs. I recommend that Olympia looks into strengthening the legs and reevaluating the design of the mouth to prevent post-pour leakages. Despite these concerns, it's a valuable addition to our daily tea service.

We have used this product for a week and the tap is leaking. Very disappointing as we really like this dispenser and have purchased previously from elsewhere and its been ok.
