Q: I see that these are stored in the refrigerator section, do you store these in the refrigerator?

Until someone asked this question before I hadn't stored them in the fridge. I looked and the bottle says to do so in very fine print. I still don't store them in the fridge.

Q: does it contain any traces of casein?

Casein isn’t listed in the ingredients. I’m sure you can read the ingredients on the sight. Not sure what casein is. Hope this helps

Q: How is this stored and shipped considering the product should be refridgerated?

It came shipped as any regular item. I don't keep mine in the fridge. I had to look and in fine print on the bottle it says "best if refrigerated." I've been taking this for years without putting it in the fridge.
