Is this hair spray the hold type? Or is this spray for your ?hair

This is not the “hold type” kind of hair spray. Spray is water-based. I like it a lot ! noticed that I have less hair fall.

How to us ? Wash and leave in? Put on dry hair?

I have sprayed it on my hair after washing while wet, and at night on dry hair before brushing and braiding. I do not rinse it out. In 7 weeks of use I have 1” of grow out showing at my roots. In the same period prior to using this formula I would have about 1/2” of grow out.

I have type 4 hair. Can I leave this in, or do I have to rinse it out?

The directions say to leave it in for at least 30 minutes before washing, or leave it overnight 2-3 times per week. I read somewhere else that rice water can be drying and to use no more than 3-4 times week.
