My dog and I love this gadget, however, it is not fully operational yet. The side camera did not work for me and so the front camera did not pick up on when she did the correct command and rewarded when she did not do any command. I contacted support about this and they said my router was not close enough even though the camera and the router were 5 feet away. There must be another issue with the GoDogo unit that is not being seen. Additionally, it is difficult to mount the unit above the TV as the power cord is extremely short. When I mounted it below the TV, the camera did not capture the area my dog was in and so I had to coax her extremely close to the TV so it could see her. When I returned this gadget, I noticed my dog was more bored and needy.

I know many people who own this and I have seen it in action working perfectly. For some reason mine just wasn't compatible. The CEO zoomed with me herself to try to help me figure out the issues and sent me another one but the same thing happened. Don't know what I did wrong but I don't want that to look bad on the product. Personally, my dogs have used it in a friend's home and it kept my youngest occupied and is a great little exercise on the brain, I'm so upset I couldn't get it to work for my home.

I wish the machine would work. But the system keep crashing. The side camera keep stopping working. It really frustrating, we have to keep rebooting, and 2 out of 10 time it would work, system not working most of the time. Return it if I could but it past the return window

The media could not be loaded.  My dog loves the Go Dogo. Every level has required some cues from me to direct her to the correct behavior, but in minutes my dog learns to perform the behavior for the Go Dogo without my help.I would only recommend this to someone that has a lot of patience with technology.Pros* My dog loves it* My dog is learning quickly* The game works well when it works* The company seems to have good intentionsCons* The human user experience is atrocious (detailed below)* I had to mount it on a banana stand and put a weight on the stand* I think that it is hard to set up, even for people who are comfortable with technology* It works for 1 lesson (20 treats) but I have to restart it between lessons because it breaks* I had to downgrade my wifi to 2.4GHz to get the side camera to work* Nothing keeps the lid closed. When you tilt it forward, treats and the treats disc will fall out.

This is a great tool for my dog.My girlfriend and I both have busy jobs, which means that we occasionally have long days. Every time this happens I get a bad gut feeling about leaving our dog at home for an extended time. After having installed GoDogo, our dog seems much more energetic and happy when we get home!
