I bought three of these, for my three dogs - two medium and one large. The large one, for my large dog, is defective. I found that out when we were out for our walk, a car came dangerously close to the side of the road because that's how people drive here, I had to pull my dog to the side and the clip just slid out and I had to jump in front of the car to keep my dog from being hit.If that driver had shown the same consideration for human safety that they showed for traffic rules, we'd both have been injured.After coming home we tested it out - if you clip it securely (or so you think) and pull from both sides, it just slides out. It had happened once before but not in traffic and we thought we'd just not clipped it properly. But clearly we had.So only one piece was defective out of three, but would you like to find out if your harness is the one that's defective by risking your dog's life as a car comes towards you on the wrong side of the road and you're scrambling to get out of the way with her? I doubt it. The fact that this store sent me one harness without adequate quality check on this most basic and most important part of a harness is a HUGE red flag.I recommend not buying from them. If they don't check the clip of the harness before sending it off, what else do they not check? What other quality controls are they failing? Who even knows? Do you want to risk your pet like that?

The quality of the product is very good .... My dog love it... As my dog is slightly underweight... It is hard to find his size .... But this harness is perfectly fitted to him.... And doesn't cause him any kind of rashes or iching..I highly recommend it

Product is non returnable.. Check your dog's chest size before buying! I bought the medium size and it didn't fit, so when I asked to return it and asked for the large size they didn't accept..
