I bought this product for my young grandson as a ‘Santa’ Christmas gift it is beautiful, soft and he cuddles and loves his polar bear! There was a small fault on the product but I couldn’t take it off my grandson to return it. I did contact the seller with a photo and I was very impressed at how my email was dealt with. The Seller was friendly and compassion, he dealt with the problem promptly and very professionally! I am very impressed and would recommend this seller 100%. it’s not white at all! It is a yellowish colour and it looks really unflattering with the rest of my white plushes! I’m really disappointed and it’s not cheap as well!

I love my bear! Growing up I always had a serious deformity of my shoulder that effected my sleep and still does so I always used bears as cushions to make me more comfortable in bed and obviously I've worn them out over the years, I'm in my late thirties now and still like to use bears as cushions to help me sleep mor comfortably, this is my latest replacement and my goodness it's so soft and snugly I love it 😍.
