Works well
I was using a ball hanging from the ceiling for car parking, but this solution is much better. Laser light directs to the right parking spot. It’s motion activated, which is a nice feature. The only caveat is that the adapter wire is short.

Works, can be battery only.
I installed this near the outlet on the garage ceiling where the opener is plugged in. Motion detection, aiming and brightness are all acceptable. For those considering using only battery power, I unplugged the adapter for the last month, and it works just fine on non-alkaline batteries.Some info if you want to use battery power only: (1) takes three AAA cells, (2) once motion triggered, the lasers stay on for 20 seconds then shut off, (3) still works after 40 days at two to four garage cycles a day. If you do this, I'd suggest mounting on a wall where you can easily replace the batteries.

Works as advertised but could be better
These do just as they state. Was easy to install and contrary to some other reviews, the motion detection works every time and it stays on plenty long enough to slowly pull in and park. My one suggestion would be to have the laser form more of a line--it is a little challenging to pull in and nail the exact dot, miss it, back up, then try again.

Too Dim a light
I found the laser light to dim, and it would not work on a black dash, only a light colored one which rendered the item of no use to me.Years ago, I bought a Maxsa brand and it was better.

Worked great for 3 months
Easy to install and very useful. Just found out that it stopped working - laser failed under power. Sad.

Works great
This is a clever little product. I decided to mount it on my wall so I can easily reach it to change batteries, rather than putting it on the ceiling and running AC power to it. I only use it for one car and it works great. I'm puzzled why some complain about it being poor quality; I find it to be adequate. I recommend it.

Easy to install
Used in garage and parking car. Has a red dot when your are parked in the proper spot. You can manage where you want the red lazer dot to be.

Worked as advertised I installed the item and set it up and works just fine.
