If you like floral flavors, these are tasty
I originally purchased because I LOVE lavender mints and I wanted to try the same flavored syrup in my lemonade. I tried all three, because hey, you never know right? Upon opening each one, I smelled them. The lavender, and rose each smelled quite nice and like I thought they should be. The orange blossom smelled quite bitter and acrid. I tasted each one in a fresh glass of lemonade and by far my favorite, surprisingly was the rose. The lavender, was floral and quite like I expected initially. The back end or aftertaste, if you will, was a little bit bitter, but tapered off quickly and left a nice lavender taste in my mouth. I got the impression that I was breathing lavender, which honestly, wasn't the worst thing. The orange flower was the one that I like the least. It was bitter from start to finish and tasted like wilted, rotting flowers. Maybe that is supposed to be how it tastes, I don't really know, but I didn't care for it. The rose however was exceedingly delightful. It took a little more of the syrup than I would have thought to flavor it to my liking, but I could be misjudging because I had the sample size bottle that had no pump, so what I used might be more or less than a full pump of a regular size bottle. That said, it the flavor was strong enough without overpowering and yet light, so you could build to suit your strength/taste preference. It tasted like a rose smells and I swear my breath smelled like perfume. lol The balance in the lemonade made for a refreshing nuanced taste that I thoroughly enjoyed. There was no bitter aftertaste and it went down smoothly. If you don't like the smell of roses, you won't like this. The taste reminded me of the way rose petals smell, right after being crushed or bruised. I liked it so much, I ordered a full size bottle right away. The lavender, was alright, I am thinking about ordering that one too, but I think I am going to go back and retest some more of the sample size, before I jump in and purchase a full size bottle. The orange will go in the trash. Overall, I liked the price because I was able to try 3 flavors without having to commit to a large bottle that I may not have liked and it introduced me to a new flavor that I love, which I would NOT have tried otherwise. If you're interested in new flavors, give it a go, you might find something new that you like. Also, try it in different things, you may find that you like it in one thing, but not the other.

Great for the foodie in your home.
This is great for if you want to try these, but you don't want to buy a whole bottle or if you have someone who is a mixologist and loves to try out new flavors. I fit both of these categories. I really enjoyed the orange syrup. It was great for mimosas when I didn't have oranges or orange juice. I especially appreciated the rose flavor. I'm used to a lot of Indian and Mexican sweets which both have the rose syrup in them. It was a nice nostalgia moment. I really love the smell of lavender, but I do not like the taste. I found this out one day, when I bought a lavender soda. Somehow, I thought lavender syrup would be different. I was wrong and I still don't like lavender flavored anything... 😄😅.

Super intense flavor and difficult to blend in cold drinks
These are very thick syrups and loaded with flavor. Probably really good in hot drinks but it's summer so I won't be trying that until later this year. I got them for cocktails but this syrup is very difficult to mix into cold drinks. Possibly OK if you use a blender; I haven't tried them in the bullet blender yet. Since the flavor is so intense, you don't need to add much. So they are a pretty good value but you have to be careful not to add too much.

Very Tiny Bottles
Read the fine print. These are TINY bottles, 1.7 ounces. They look standard 8 oz. size in the listing. They do have a lot of flavor, and are a thick syrup so you don’t need much for a flavor not. That’s good because you’d be out in no time if you needed a tablespoon each time you use it.

Use less than you think
Different and absolutely delicious! (Rose lemonade is something special) Note of caution: this stuff is POTENT. …like a teaspoon (5 mL) per 8 or 12 fl oz can be enough. Too much and you’ll think you’re diving face first into a bouquet or buried in Granny’s ample bosom.

Floral sweetness
Exactly what I was looking for...for my tea, Italian soda, & champagne drinks. The rose & violet lavender flavors are delightful. Sweet but not clawingly sweet & a little bit goes along way for that hint of floral. I did not like the orange blossom flavor, it tastes way to parfumey for consumption so I am going to try & use even less next time & had honey to sweeten. They are the regular consistency of a soda syrup so it melts in hot drinks & I have to stir well in cold drinks. For those who reviewed & say they taste like soap...well yes a little...they are floral. If you like floral flavors you will like these if you do not you will not. I like so much I ordered the large in the Rose.

Share the Love !!!!
I love this brand so I decided to purchase a couple sets. These flavored syrups were a hit. The recipient was pleased with the gift and I was happy she was thrilled with the gesture. I used it as a hostess gift when it wasn’t a gift giving holiday.

Soap smells like flowers. That's why people are saying that these taste like soap.
People are kind of dumb and saying these taste like soap because they've associated floral scents with soap. I think it's like people saying mint ice cream tastes like toothpaste. These smell floral and not like some sugary food coloring thing. That said - they suck. The flavor is so weak and hard to come through in soda or coffee. You have to use a ton and the containers are small. I thought I would be okay with small containers because I've tried other concentrated flavors where a few drops could flavor 2 liters but that was not the case here.
