I find the light quality and brightness to be excellent. Just be aware that these "150w-200w" bulbs are larger than the bulbs you typically find at the big box stores, though are probably about the same size or smaller than incondescents of that wattage were back in the day. They may not fit in smaller fixtures. Pay attention to their dimensions shown! I'm using them in my garage and they really didn't quite fit in the old cheap, small fixtures, but decided to just remove the glass from the fixtures rather than buying new ones. They're 12' up and out of any weather, plus this way the bulbs probably get better ventilation anyway. I've had them only for a couple of months, so I can't speek to their longevity, but so far so good.

Got these to replace some lower-wattage LED bulbs in a pair of schoolhouse-style pendant fixtures. The room had always been a bit dark and the fixtures have stickers inside limiting the bulb size to 75w incandescent so we really couldn't get the light output we wanted. These bulbs put out the same light as a 200W incandescent, with only a small amount of heat, so we tried them out in the fixtures.Will have to see how these bulbs tolerate the heat inside an enclosed pendant, but WOW they sure are bright and the room is transformed. And they really are 2700k, a very warm "not LED" look at all. Very happy so far.

My vaulted ceiling fan has 4 light sockets. Previously we used 4x 100W equivalent LED bulbs and the room still feels dim. So I got these, and it is very bright! So bright that I had to remove 2 of these bulbs from the socket and it is still bright enough. Right now the rooms is nice and bright and I only had to use 2 out of the 4 sockets with these light bulbs. I guess the 2 we didn't use will be backups, but hopefully these lasts!

As bright as a spotlight but omnidirectional, so better. It's a bit noisier than I expected though. There's a constant hum (about 10dB) whenever it's on. Not really a problem but totally unexpected. But considering the savings compared to my previous incandescent bulb, I'm okay with that.

Got these to replace 2 different Great Value ones that burnt out within only months after installing. Only time will tell if these hold up to their purported lifespan. It's been a few months and so far so good. Great price for the lumens and temperature which in this combo is surprisingly hard to find.

Very bright and good quality, perfet light color, not to white, not to yellow

Doesn't flicker on and off when I run a printer or scanner. Doesn't dim either.

I’m in my 40s, and my eyesight, which was always great, went dramatically downhill in a short period of time.I’ve been aware that the lighting in my reading spot is poor but didn’t know how to address it for lack of places to put a lamp or to plug anything more in. Also, I was raised in a frugal home where we always used super low wattage. I didn’t really have a concept of high wattage bulbs for home lamps. My eyes aren’t good with bluish lighting and greatly prefer incandescent soft white or halogen to anything else (although I’ve been adapting to energy efficient bulbs with a struggle).I finally decided to try 150 Watt LED 2700K, and it makes all the difference visually. Unfortunately the low key hum / buzz is bad enough that my head feels like it’s buzzing (also my box arrived looking like it had been opened, so possibly this was a return?). So I’m not sure what I will do. It’s a really soft sound, but I have a neurological condition and supersonic ears.I don’t know if all LED bulbs this bright will be prone to buzzing or if another brand would do the trick.Also, although 2700K is about as warm as you can typically get without a bulb being amber, I’d prefer yellower light. But I’m funny that way. And it is what it says it is. …With a buzz.So 5 stars for the basics & 1 star for the high-pitched buzz—-> 2.5 stars.If you don’t have sensitive ears, you’ll probably love these.
