Out standing. Real Traditional style with no chemicals.
I’m from Japan. I was looking for a traditional plum paste to make a drink with.These days, It is so hard to find them without any strange additives even in Japan. I am so happy to find this on Amazon.This is real stuff. I love them.I saw some people complaining about this being so sour, salty, or not tasty. That person must be used to eating mild pickled plums sold commonly in Japan which are full of preservatives, sweeteners, and MSGs.
