Hi - I don’t know how to contact you directly, but I really enjoyed the first packet I received. The taste was great and it was fresh and moist. The two subsequent packets I have bought have been very dry and somewhat stale. This is really disappointing. I wanted to know how to ensure that future orders can arrive fresh as intended?*updated - I did receive a refund for this last order (thank you!). I guess I am still apprehensive to keep buying it or not as I do not know if these were one off batches or if the result would be the same?**updated - I received a new batch again today and was again top quality. Thank you!

I love love love this Biltong. I’ve tried a few brands and this is by far my favorite. You can see the quality of the beef - including the marbling on some of the pieces. It has such a nice savory flavor that helps me get my protein in. I find myself reaching for this again and again. And it’s super tender! I hide it from my husband every time we get a bag!

This is the best biltong I have found. It tastes just like the biltong my dad used to make in his shop in Zimbabwe. Yum

Maybe I don't know what jerky is supposed to taste like. Maybe I'm spoiled with the jerky that has added sugar and cinnamon, but this stuff is gross. Fatty, oily, smells and tastes bad. I don't understand why this was recommended so much when searching online. If you have to refrigerate your jerky after opening it, it aint jerky

I love it!! Biltong and jerky in general is something that’s always easy for me to eat. It’s well seasoned but doesn’t over power the taste of the meat. And I LOVE the marbling in almost every piece. The only complaint I have is the price, so this is more so a treat. Stryve is a little more affordable and tasty in a different way. Still highly recommend both!

I’ve tried this before and can tell you sent me the wrong item! Very disappointed to have spent the money and time for this. The one in the black pack is nice and dry, not fatty and has a good flavour. The one you sent me in the clear pack has too much fat, very wet and tastes absolutely different.Very disappointed!!! Never again I’m using your shop.
