Q: Are they as unreliable as they seem?

We have purchased several over the years just to make sure we never forgot a belt and they have been fine. Lots of washing and wearing so after a couple of seasons they start looking a little broken in. Other than that, good purchase.

Q: The "gold" color looks bright yellow. Is it a true gold, as in a darker yellow, or is the picture accurate in showing bright yellow?

It is gold like the Pittsburgh Pirates gold.

Q: Is the material holding the buckle 100% leather?

Yes, this item is 100% leather. Champro does make a non-leather version, however at Batters Choice we do not carry it.

Q: As far as it stretches, does it still hold fight?

As far as I can tell, it seems to be just fine. No complaints after the end of the season!
