Best, Sharpest Damascus I've bought so far!!!
Simply the best Damascus Knife I've bought, (I have around 10 of them) The handle looks great the color of the antler is slightly lighter than pictured but is really stunning. Its very will made and will shave the hair from you arm right out of the box! The sheath is also well made and fits the knife snugly.

Great Piece of Work!!
I bought 2 knives for customers of mine that hunt alot. This being one of them impressed us all, I almost did not give it to them I wanted to keep it for myself! Very well made high quality knife, almost like a work of art. Usually these sheaths that come with them are cheap and need to be replaced however even though I expected to buy a new one before I gave it away I was pleasantly surprised. Great buy, great knife & sheath. Highly recommend.

One star deducted due to an unfortunately easily visible blemish on one side of the blade
One star deducted due to an unfortunately easily visible blemish on one side of the blade. As this knife was ordered as a display item, I would have returned it excepting for the unexpected nice burl found in the walnut and the buffalo horn having some very nice white swirls instead of being solid black. Likely a replacement would have had no blemish in the blade, but would not have been as nice elsewhere. All things considered this knife is very nice.

The picture depicts a raindrop pattern, which enticed me to buy the knife and it was not a mosaic pattern recieved.
The picture depicts a raindrop pattern, which enticed me to buy the knife and it was not a mosaic pattern pictured, which was delivered. Other than that, the knife is beautiful. Truth in advertising, kids, come on...

Not well assembled
The blade was really nice, however, the handle is made up of a bunch of components that didn't seem assembled together well. The steel isn't flush with the handle, but only on one side. If you run your finger over the pins, you can feel some of them aren't smooth and flush either.I returned this.

Not what I expected
The handle completely different from the advertised picture.......a solid color...but not worth the effort to replace.....but like everything else about the knife and sheath....

can't go wrong! a proud knife
Easily the handsomest hunting knife I have ever held, and I collect them. I like the weighting (a bit forward) and size. The handle is a work of art, undoubtedly. I have never seen this style of knife - gorgeous design, impressive craftsmanship. It is comprised of full tang metal with damascus steel, with curved out spots for additional forefinger/thumb control. I have large hands and this fits great. Sheath is beefy brown leather, with belt loop just right, and holds my prize snuggly. The handle accommodates a lanyard. Packaging is highly functional and interesting - a simple but complicated wooden box, knife suspended within, the top slides out-- all in cabinetmaker fashion.

Nice knife, the handle work could be better for ...
Nice knife, the handle work could be better for the price, a little rough. Being handmade, it's not bad. I have many handmade damascas knives that are equal if not better for half the price. The design is what got me. Sheath is the style I like.
