best pans to use
love delarlo pans! I've been buying one or two pieces at a time. They are NOT nonstick. They are stainlesss steel. You need to use some kind of oil or non stick spray. I don't understand why people are saying they are non stick. They work great-heat up FAST, and are high temp oven safe! I have switched from non stick pans to these. Non stick don't stay non stick for long and they take forever to heat up as you can't use high heat. They are also safer-no toxic oders. They cleam up very nicely and easily. You can't go wrong with this brand.

Great pan
Its been a great pan, no warping cleans easy with a steel pad, and is a perfect size for smaller storage capacity.

Good value, quality construction.
Heat distribution is good for me. Size is what I wanted for scrambled eggs. Well made!

Think healthy and be grateful!
I threw away my non-stick cookware for health reasons, so I am grateful for this stainless steel cookware which I frequently use. My eggs and cheese do stick and I have to soak the pan, but I guess you have to pay to play and I cannot afford titanium cookware which is said to be non-stick, but costs a fortune. Stainless had a tendency to get white spots after washing. I found that if they bother you, pour a little white vinegar and water in the pan and boil for about five minutes. This usually proves to be effective.

Love this for eggs
I LOVE this pan most for my eggs. I do use a lot of butter though....but its the only stainless steel that I can cook them in without sticking. And it cleans beautifully

I love this pan!
Great looking and heavy in the best, appropriate way. Easy to assemble. Handle stays cool. And if you properly season it and cook with the proper technique, food doesn't stick. Keep in mind this pan isn't non-stick out if the box. Just you have season it and cook with the proper, easy to learn, technique. Just READ the instructions and do a little research. Then you'll be on your way to enjoying a great skillet for a—presumably—long time. Keep in mind that—just like any other pan—it will get dirty with use. This pan, as good as it is, isn't an extraterrestrial or magical piece of cookware. It's up to you handle it with care and use it properly to make cleaning easier. So, before taking this baby out for a spin: • Heat it on medium for about four to five minutes (or until water droplets roll gracefully on its surface). • Throw in a spoonful or two of canola oil, spread it all over it's surface and walls evenly. • Let it heat until you see light smoke. • Remove the pan from the heat. • Let it cool for five minutes before removing excess oil with paper towels. • Repeat after four to six uses. Then, reach time before cooking: • Heat pan on medium for five minutes (or until you see the water dance). • Add oil of choice. • Heat for one minute in medium before adding food. That's it.

You have to assemble it yourself (comes with a spanner and extra hex nuts). It does its job as a small stainless steel pan. It could be thicker but then it would be heavier and take longer to heat/cool down. The sides are relatively high so helps with some splatter.

Works great. It takes a while to season properly (it causes food to stick initially) but that's a result of stainless steel in general. Fairly simple to clean, and simple to use. Distributes heat well.

3-ply pan. Very thick and of high quality. Works well with the nonstick heat-up method. It won't burn easily.

Good stainless steel pan for the price. Especially considering there are many other expensive options out there. Heat distribution also ok. Stainless steel has a reputation for being hard to clean.... but if you - a) make sure the pan is hot enough when you start cooking - b) leave to cool down after cooking - c) leave to soak in water after cooking - d) use metal wire balls when washing up... it'll be easy to clean.
