grater doesn't work.
Accessory for grating doesn't work; it spins to the opposite side! I ordered it twice, and I confirmed that there was a problem with the model. The first time, I thought it was a problem with the specific blender, but then we realized that the second had the same problem and found a review indicating this as well. In addition, it doesn't work great on hard foods/frozen. I ended up buying a Ninja and I'm much more satisfied now.

Not a great product
Seller is fine and I returned this. The containers do not lock into the base and qhen you turn it on it jumps. You would have to stand and hold it while it blends or chops

Muy buen diseño minimalista
Compré esta nueva licuadora para cambiar la que actualmente tengo por 15 años y todavía funciona de la misma marca Oster. Me encantó el diseño, es fácil de utilizar con ese diseño minimalista. Lo único que no me gustó es que cuando hago una batida, la leche se chorea por la parte de abajo de la tapa entre el sello y la cuchilla, hay un situación con el acople, se hace mucho sucio cuando estas sirviendo la bebida. También la tapa del vaso creo que es mejor el diseño anterior, que tiene un pequeño gancho para poder sacar la tapa y además sirve para ajustar la rosca de la base de la cuchilla en la parte inferior. Otro punto es que el motor no dice la potencia en la parte inferior y tampoco lo dice en ningún parte de la caja, tengo que confiar en que es de 1,200 watts. Mi antigua licuadora lo indica y todas las que veo en el mercado y de la misma marca Oster, no se por qué este motor no lo indica. Por el resto el producto es excelente y lo recomiendo, si ajustan estos puntos que mencioné le daría las 5 estrellas.

Works perfectly- just as described!
Very powerful for blending or crushing. I haven't use the food processor yet, but I'm glad to replace 2 machines with this one on my counter. Check height to be sure it fits under any cupboard that might be above it. I'd definitely recommend.

Do not buy this item through Amazon.
I’ve been an Oster customer for 45 years but this is the wrong one to buy. It was leaking when I first used it and messed up the counter.I returned the blender and food processor via UPS and now Amazon is refusing to refund the shipping charges that I paid for the return.I’ve been an Amazon customer for many years now and am very disappointed with their customer service.

This unit was wired backwards, after reversing the f and r it worked great.
It helps to have this when you don't have teeth.
