Filling health
Suddenly I can't eat oatmeal without getting an upset stomach. But hot breakfast is a comfort. I'm glad I found these! A tasty blend of almonds, chia, hemp, coconut, and dates. The Snickerdoodle flavor adds cinnamon and sea salt for a tasty mash. We're still figuring out the right amount of water to get a consistency I prefer. The chia and hemp really soak up the water. If you like a "dryer" or more solid mix, the 1/3 cup will work. We're getting up to 1/2 a cup. The mix needs to stand a bit longer to absorb the water, but it's looser. I like a nearly soupy texture, but I don't think this stuff can get there. Maybe as overnight oats with more liquid added in the morning. Adding hot milk was a nice treat on a cold morning, creating a creamier flavor, but water works well too. It is quite filling. My body appreciates the extra fiber. I know with chia seeds you want to increase water intake, they really absorb it. I've ordered more flavors to try. This is a great gluten free alternative to oatmeal!

Not so good
Not my thing. For $3 a meal not bad but for me no taste at all. But You’re not me. Try it. Oatmeal I love but my naturopath says not good for me. How bad could oatmeal be? I get organic. But I have severe constipation and that’s the rub. This better be real healthy because when you say oh no a Wella breakfast let’s get it over with fast.you know it’s not good,PS ok I had it, the last few went in the garbage. I’m leaving 3 stars, should be 1:star but I’m leaving room for health.

So good!
I mix one of these packs along with vegan vanilla protein powder in oat milk, let it sit overnight, and they make the tastiest post-workout shake I've ever had! Seriously tastes like I'm just drinking an apple pie or pumpkin spice dessert or whatever flavor. And I'm kept full for hours afterwards. Highly recommend, although I admit I haven't actually tried them just on their own. But they work great for my routine in the way that I use them.
