Q: What are the measurements of it?

260 x 170mm and about 80mm deep.

Q: Is it easy to clean, does the outer cover go in the washing machine?

There is no outer cover. The unit is one piece with a built in plug for heating. It could be cleaned with a damp cloth but certainly not in a washing machine.

Q: Does it have an on and off button for sporadic use at events or does it instantly head up after charge and thats it?

we use it to keep are feet warm it doesn’t have an on off switch so we charge it about 30 min befor bed time as it takes 20 mins to get to correct heat and 10 mins in bed it is still slightly warm in mornings
