Itโs been my go-to pan for everything for a year
For me, this pan replaces pretty much all the other pans I have for most uses on a daily basis. I use it as a wok to make stir-fry, but I also use it as a frying pan for eggs and bacon, and, in addition, as a small pot in which to boil rice or pasta. If you get the sequence right, you can do everything in one pan. I could use another wok-like pan to make one pan/pot meals as well, but this one heats pretty evenly, but most importantly the non-stick is good, itโs durable, and it cleans up well.

Pluses and minuses
I really wanted to like this wok. I use my wok every day, and had been using nonstick/teflon pans. But after learning about pfas/pfoa/etc I realized that I needed to stop using teflon and replace all my pans. This was the last one - and the one I had hesitated for a long time. My criteria was that the wok had to be 12" - not 12ยฝ - so that I could use one glass top for all my pans. The second was that I wanted a somewhat non-stick surface in order to use less oil. This pan fit the criteria perfectly. Cooking with it is a dream. Th surface is perfect, fairly non-stick, super easy to clean, and doesn't scratch with my plastic cooking tools. BUT the downside is that this pan is thin. Really thin. I know that ya get whatcha pay for, but I wojuld have have more for just one more millimeter of thickness. The other problem is that the handle is CHEAP and not insulated. It's so thin that it bends while picking up the pan - even when there's no food in the pan. In summary, this will do for now until someone comes out with a higher quality 12" wok. Until then, this will do.

Low maintenance durable beautiful wok!
I love the wok so much so I came back to buy another one for my mom, but I am surprised to see so many bad reviews. Iโve had my wok for a year and 7 months, and I love it. I cook almost everyday and I am lazy so I throw it into the dishwasher (sorry I know I am not supposed to)! But after all that time and my abuse itโs still non sticky and beautiful.... I mean it does leave some marks when you cook, but they come off really easily when I just use a soft sponge under hot running water without soap. Then I throw it into the dishwasher and it comes out like new. I donโt understand why so many people have bad experiences. Maybe they cook in a lot higher temperature than I do? I mean I am chinese and I like to panfry in hot oil a lot... I would take a picture to show you how nice it is after so long but it has food in it and I am too lazy to do dishes right now. Anyways, I love it!

I cut me when i opened it
The media could not be loaded. ย I have not used this wok yet, I am excited, it looks just like the picture and the box is nice and packaged well. But before I even had it unpacked it sliced my finger. There is a defective spot on one of the handles and as I was taking off the rubber and that was holding the bubble wrap in place it sliced my finger open. Idk if I should attempt to exchange it or just file it down myself.....I guess I'll wait and see if someone responds to this first....

I like
I have gone through too many "non stick and can't damage" pans. Most last about a year before they are not usable. So far this rocks. The ceramic works great. It appears that after it's first clean it needs a slight seasoning with oil, then just resist using harsh scrubbers, you won't need it.

Best Wok EVER!!
I rarely write reviews this soon, but I LOVE stirfry, so we have it several times a week. I have owned many Wok's, from cheap to expensive, and this one is the best so far. I compared 6 Woks on Amazon before finally choosing this one. Ultimately, my decision was made by the fact that this one came with a lid for less than the cost of the other one that was in my final 2. I do use oil when I stirfry, mostly because I usually dust the meat with flour before I stir fry, so it needs the oil to give it a crisp outside. I am not one to measure when I cook, but I did measure the oil the last time I used it so I could put it in the review. Literally a little less than 2 Tablespoons. This is for 2 pounds of meat. I had no sticking, no burning, and I was able to authentically stir fry by hand, not using tools to stir fry the food around in the pan. I generally stir fry just a little under medium high, and this pan does awesome! I would recommend this Wok to everyone!

If I could have only one cooking pot ...
Since getting this wok, I find myself using it almost every day, for many cooking jobs. It's a wok, frying pan, lidded saucepan, and can go into the oven (sans lid) to finish things off. It even passes the scrambled eggs test: I don't know what it is about scrambled eggs, but they weld themselves to most other "non-stick" pans. But not this one. Would definitely recommend.

I was expecting them to slide right out the pan just like the video not a chance
Don't be fooled I put two eggs in the pan and they stuck to it. I was expecting them to slide right out the pan just like the video not a chance!!!!Put fry light in and yes it's ok but not really the point.
