This chair has every feature desired…lift, dual motors, cup holders, side storage pockets, heat massage, foot extension and very comfortable! We might need to get another as DH and I fight over ours ☺️

Arrived a day early in two huge boxes (81 and 43 lbs.)The owners manual is a work of art for a Chinese built product. Well written and comprehensive.Fast and easy assembly. Everything works great. Comfortable. Am very pleased.Only issue is FedEx forged my signature on delivery. They just dropped the boxes in front of my door and took off.

This is the best chair ever. I am getting ready for shoulder surgery and recovery, so needed something that can adjust in precise ways. This does exactly that. It feels rigid and sturdy; much better than the cheaper wood-frame recliners I’m used to. The faux leather feels soft and supple, and doesn’t have a cheap look or feel. Assembly was the simplest easiest thing to do. The wire hookups are idiot proof, the anti-tip braces have wing nuts, and in the end I didn’t even need a single tool or even instructions.The warm mode gives a nice radial heat independent of the massage features (I might like heat while sleeping without the vibrations). Although, the vibrations are quite nice, and had me relaxed and peaceful in no time at all. The USB ports are convenient, and with the extra pockets, and cup holders, you’ll feel like Captain of the USS Living Room in no time!While the sticker price seems a little higher than other chairs in this size range, the quality makes up for it.I don’t write many reviews, as it’s got to be really bad or really good for me to bother. This chair spurned me to write a positive review, so rest assured you can’t go wrong with this chair!

-The chair was delivered in two boxes a week apart. One came on the expected date, the other a week later. Other than two old people trying to pet it together, the chair is just what I was hoping for.

The chair arrived 5 days before the expected delivery date. It was very easy to put together and the instructions are easy to follow. I got the medium chair with heat and massage. I'm 5'8" and I am glad I went for the medium chair. Is very comfortable. The massage label should be changed to vibrate since there is no real massage to it. There are several zones of vibrate which can be turned on or off separately. The heat is pretty much non-existent. Customer is outstanding. There was no heat on the chair and a new back unit was shipped to me in a couple days which did correct the problem, but as far as the heat, you can only notice it by using your bare hand to feel it, hence the 4 stars. It remains to be seen how ell the material will hold up.

The chair arrived a day earlier than expected, which was great. My husband is disabled with a bad back so he had a friend come help him put the chair together. It went together so easy that he barely needed any assistance from his friend. The only thing he needed his friend for was to help haul out the old chair.My husband is very pleased with the chair. He says it is the most comfortable chair he has ever had. Because of his back, he has to sleep in the chair so comfort is extremely important. He is 6'1" tall and weighs about 300 lbs. The lift chair handles his size without a problem and is very sturdy.I like the chair too. The material is of good quality and looks beautiful in our TV room.We are very pleased with this chair overall and would recommend it to anyone looking for a lift chair for a large person.
