Rubie's Official Disney Star Wars Princess Leia Girls Costume, Kids Fancy Dress

Great outfit. As other reviews have stated, you need to order a size down. My granddaughter had this for her 8th birthday, I ordered the age 5 to 7 and it fitted perfectly, it was almost too long but not quite so ideal for her(she is petite so not a big 8 year old but not tiny). The wig fitted too, unlike some of the reviews, although she hasn't got a big head. The wig is great and looks good,but won't stand the test of time so will be kept for proper fancy dress parties etc rather than every day dress up play. The costume itself is a bit transparent as others have remarked so will need white t-shirt /vest and shorts or leggings underneath but it is good quality compared with other costumes, where the material is even cheaper looking. I was glad I had bought the deluxe version as the standard version must be really thin. My granddaughter absolutely loved it and put it on straight away!

Second time i have attempted to purchase this costume and the belt has come broken on both occasions

It's a costume. It's not the greatest quality and we got it for our 4.5 year old. It swamped her and we had to take it in and adjust it. It's totally huge and I kinda wish we'd got a small size but it wouldn't have gone with the size of our kid so be aware! The costume has a good effect and good for fancy dress party just don't expect amazing quality.

The Sizes are wrong. Brought this for my daughters 8th Birthday party. She is not big girl at 1.3M. We ordered the size a indicated by her age. It was massive. We returned it and got the 3-5 year old size. It fits fine.

Good quality however the size not correct. The actual size was bigger then it should be but we able to manage.

This item arrived 2 days after I ordered it, and I was surprised at the good quality. It fit my 8 yr old perfectly, and the wig looks like real doll hair (I was expecting felt or cotton) the detachable belt is sturdy enough and I've seen no problem with the stitching. Highly recommend! Thank you

Medium bought for my tallish 6 year old. It's massive. Had to take up the length and arms. Wig is tiny!!! Wouldn't fit on her head. Other than that lovely outfit. Good quality.

My daughter wanted to be Princess Leia for her Star Wars birthday party and so we decided on this official licensed one to give her the greatest party in the galaxy. The dress and belt looked really good with a nice shimmery finish. We ended up not using the wig and just doing her hair up in the unique do that Leia sports.It isnt the cheapest costume in the world, but it looks like it will last, which gives a bit more value for money.
