I have had major problems with my sleep for years and tried every supplement out there.I have Chronic Fatigue / M.E./FIBROMYALGIA and so much more with this disabling condition.This week I decided to try Montmorency Cherry and I am so happy as these have honestly given me a good 8 hours sleep.I cannot remember the last time I was able to relax and in no time at all went out like a light.I started with 2 before bed but I have had a blinding headache today so I will try 1 tonight as probably they were too strong for me at that dosage.I am unable to eat after about sixo clock as I suffer with a Dysfunctional Gut and Bowel disorder but I would appreciate if anyone can give me any tips.If I take them with my early evening meal maybe I will be out for count too early so any suggestions please to help me on this

I got these because I have trouble sleeping, they didn't work at all. Got them in January it's now March

I took these for 3weeks and noticed no pain relief whatsoever. Also my sleep pattern stayed exactly as before.They may work for some people, but for me they were a waste of time and money.
