The Future Is Yours: Introducing Future Life Progression - the dynamic technique that reveals your destiny

Loved it, not sure whether the exercises really work for me!
I came across this book while doing research looking for books to inspire me during an awful time of my life and I am glad that I did because it gave me a new perspective on life. I am not sure that I have already managed to have a glimpse of my future life or whether it was just wishful thinking, so I wish I could consult Anne instead of trying it out on my own, but I will give it another try soon and maybe try some of the other exercises she proposes in this book. The case studies are all very interesting. I think that we all need to be aware that there is so much more than we perceive or what we are told….. and many of us are luckily waking up to other realities. I have always been a very open-minded person, not in the sense of accepting all the political correct “garbage” we are sold nowadays and supposed to accept without questioning in order to seem to be open-minded but open to new concepts that may very well change the way we see life and the way we live it. The pseudo open-mindedness we are sold nowadays is completely lost on me, sorry! The idea of visiting our future self and learning lessons that we need to learn in order to live a better life right now appeals to me very much but I would also love to visit my past lives. If you try out Anne’s exercises you should be able to travel many years, even decades into the future, but again my question, one which I posed to Anne on FB but unfortunately received no answer is: How do I know that I am not just fantasizing?A while ago I was lying in warm, relaxing bath, had beautiful music playing, did the opening exercise and went on to the Three Doors exercise. All of a sudden, even before I had gone through any of the doors but as I was about to enter the first one I started crying uncontrollably. Once inside I met a person close to me who calmed me down but he was in heaven and I was there talking to him. He told me to come back as I have a long life ahead of me and that I would become a very cute little old lady and that he had done his best to leave me well looked after financially, but that I had to come back and live my own life until it was my time to go. He also promised that one day we would meet again there. I don’t know what to make of it…. True, not, fruit of my imagination…. Since then I have only tried the Merry-Go-Round exercise. The suggestion that we should do charity work or give money to charity I feel is an old-fashioned concept that has no place in the modern world anymore, where charities are merely businesses that are handier at getting their hands on our money. If you feel that you want to help other people there are indeed many people around who need help but please stay away from these big businesses who exploit those who are in the streets begging for money, in order to fill their big pockets and bitterly little goes to those who need it the most!As I read about Anne’s findings of what the future will be I didn’t feel that I am going to be one of the Trans people or one of the Grunters. Then she talks about the Light people and somehow I felt that this is what I will be. Also when she talks about beings who see work as the most important thing in their lives, who don’t know anything about their co-workers, who don’t come from anywhere but… just work… I felt that I will be a force for changing this, as I have always been quite a changing element in this life. I found it awful that people will live in a world where all colours are subdued, people just wear comfortable clothes and work, work, work….. no, there has to be more to life than that and as we see four probable futures, so they say, we can change that too. Life should be about joy and very colourful, not pale and without passion. Ever since I heard about Indigo Children that I had the feeling that I am one, actually I kind of knew that before I heard of the concept. That is something I can’t really explain, I just know it.As far as the lady who leads medical trials this is not the scope of this review but the thought that such trials exist for our safety is misplaced. Many of those trials are skewed so that we get the feeling that the medication is safe while it is actually not.The concept of time and of speeding it up or slowing it down is fascinating and I have started to use the speeding up of the time at my Saturday job and it does work because for the past two weeks it is as if time has gone by faster. All in all this is a very interesting book and I hope to learn more about FLP as well as one day having a session with Anne!

It sounds too easy
An interesting book and I really admire Anne for what she has achieved. However, as a practising hypnotherapist - and fairly innovative - I haven't found it so simple to either regress or progress clients. Even under the best conditions, some people don't get anything and can, therefore, be disappointed that the session falls short of their expectations.I do, however hope that as many people as possible read this book to expand their own knowledge of a truly fascinating subject - the human mind, the powerful sub-conscious, and our spiritual quest.

A different approach to know the future
Great stuff ....! the main theme is an awesome concept . who would not like to know where they would it be in 5 years, 10 years...from now on... ? This reading is not about crystal balls, but about our capacity of knowing what we need to know if are able to go into a deep state of relaxation induced by hypnosis. Anne Jirsch is a very down to earth wise woman, and she shares her knowledge in a straightforward and easy way. I can highly recommend this book..Maria (Margate, Kent )

A must have book!
A very good book! But not sure that everyone can do it! As most people would need a professional to do it for them.
