Perfect.
I like a very wide grip when doing pull ups / pull downs. This bar is perfect for me. The grips are actually very comfortable and the angle of the handles are perfect. Not too angled but just enough to relieve the strain on your wrists.One thing I've seen with gripped pull down bars in public gyms is that these grips wear out over time and eventually fall off. Haven't had any issues or signs of that with mine but for the money, I feel at this rate of it does happen then I would've gotten my moneys worth out of this bar.Happy with this purchase.

Great Lat and Triceps Medium Bar
I have different size Lat Bars for different exercise variations. The other one I have is 49" and more of a upside down "v" shaped. This one is shorter (medium) 39" and more of a straight bar with the end handles at a slight "v" shaped at its ends, but excellent for overhand and underhand lat pull downs and for narrow grip tricep press-downs. The bar is steel, and one piece and the grips are heavy duty rubber with two positions on the bar--one for wider grip lat Pull Downs and one set for medium grip. The workmanship of the bar and welding at the eye attachment appears very strong. The feel of the bar during a workout was very refined and controlled. It seems as if it could last 20 years or more. The finish of the bar is black and I saw no blemishes or faults. The weight capacity of the bar is 300+ pounds. A+

great length
The media could not be loaded. We got the 47”. I’m about 5’7 and my fiancée is 6’1 and this bar is perfect for both of us. The multiple grips are really nice, no problems with slipping.

Works as expected
I am 5'10" and it works perfectly, I feel that I get a wide enough lat pull down.

ALL YOU NEED LAT BAR
If you are looking for a great bar at a great price this is the one for you. I opted for the 39-in version that was plenty of wide for me . If you're not worried about aesthetics, ( e.g.-flat black paint), you can't beat the price. The grips in the middle of the bar are a nice addition also. Peace.

Perfect for home.gym
Great price, the bar works like a lat bar should. The groups are very grippy and seem very durable. I just wish the grips coverd more area on the bar for varied grip angles
