Q: What is the inseam on these Boardshorts?

On the size 12 I ordered, the inseam is 8 1/2 inches, and the outer seam from top to bottom is 19 1/4 inches.

Q: What is the size chart?

I ordered a size 14 up from my usual size 12. I wanted comfort and didn't want to take a chance of them being too snug. So then I had them taken in, in all the right spots.
