Fast delivery, but quite expensive for a piece of plastic pipe. This is the second one I've had to buy in fifteen months due to them breaking or splitting, this will probably put me off buying another Miele vacuum cleaner. This replacement part fitted fine and I have my fingers crossed it will last longer than the two before.UPDATE TO REVIEWThe curved pipe has split / cracked after only ten months. My vacuum cleaner is only used a couple of times a week so it's definitely not been overworked!Really disappointed that I now need to buy a THIRD replacement curved pipe in two and a half years!. At £25 plus each time, it's extremely expensive and the last time I will buy a Miele vacuum cleaner (this C3 cat and dog is my 3rd Miele).*I ended up buying the 3rd replacement directly from Miele after I sent a complaint to them, it was the same price as Amazon and they advised me that the replacement part from Amazon third party could be fake*

After many years good service the handle on our S5281 was breaking, the little plastic nipple that locates in the notch in the end of the metal tube had snapped off, so it was not held firmly and wiggled about, which then caused the end of the nozzle to start breaking too. I looked at the cheap no-name replacements but was put off by too many reviews saying they didn't fit or clip on properly, so went for a genuine part. The pictures on this listing are exactly like our old one, but the handle that arrived is different. Not sure if this is a mistake or just an updated design. The main difference is it is not quite as curved as the old one. In my pics, the old one is on the left, the new one on the right. But difference aside, it fits and clips in to the metal tube and the hose very firmly and snugly, so it's fine. I also note that the square hole where the metal tube clips in is no longer a hole, just a recess, which means that when using the nozzle without the metal tube on, it doesn't whistle, a huge improvement!!

The handle of my Miele vacuum cleaner (S2111) cracked and started to wobble during use.This replacement part is strong and fits snugly. The machine is working well again.The delivery was very fast - overnight.I previously bought a non-Miele replacement handle and it started to wobble after about six months.The price for this genuine replacement part seems quite high for a curved piece of plastic, but I'm glad the vacuum cleaner is working again and isn't in landfill.

I got this in super quick time which was ideal as floors were starting to get messy. It fitted perfectly to my Miele C2 powerline. The deign seems to have changed slightly with the part now not fully round - two straight edges have been added in. I would say this is to add some strength into a weak area of the vacuum. The part comes under constant pushing and pulling which evntually leads to it breaking - thats why there are no round windows in airplanes.

I bought this one not the cheaper hose & I'm glad I did, fits perfectly fine, sturdy & strong so worth spending extra to get the proper make for my Miele hoover.Happy with this thank you

Exact OEM replacement for my Miele Powerline C3. These hands come with the reinforced metal strip in the handle, Feels good but these handles are hard to find and even harder to find at a reasonable price

I bought this to replace one on my Miele Complete C3 Total Solution Allergy PowerLine. It looks different to the original one supplied, so I was a bit worried it wouldn't fit; but it fits fine. I bought the item used from the seller. Would highly recommend.

Perfect replacement for my Miele. Solid and fits perfectly. It makes sense to buy the real thing rather than a cheaper unbranded alternative. I have gone for the cheaper option on the past and they don't last.
