I’d recommend one drop I find 2-3 to be a bit over powering but it’s a nice scent for kids to associate with sleeping

I finally found the right scent I have spent so much money trying to find. I’ll try to explain it for anyone looking.The Sweet Slumber is as it suggests, sweet, with the sweet orange being the forward scent. The combo of the smokey, woodsy and Roman chamomile smell similar to that of pepper and aloe, although mild. No florals at all. No soapy smell, either.It’s very warm, yet cheerful and clean. Thankfully, it doesn’t irritate my household who is very sensitive.To me, this is more in line with a cozy, cheerful, homey feeling which can be relaxing and a perfect scent for when you have guests or even during holidays.

I have had this oil sitting in my cart for quite sometime. I had tried so many different things to get my toddler to sleep and nothing worked, so I thought this would be another waste. He’s been going to sleep around 10/11pm with TV :/ On the first night of using this oil, he was passed out by 9 PM with NO TV! I am hoping this wasn’t a coincidence but considering the fact that he is never asleep this early, I believe it was the oil. Wish I tried this sooner!

Plant therapy is truly one of a kind. Essential oils have taken off like crazy lately and it seems every company that " make" or "sell" them have jumped into with zero compassion or care about what essential oils can be used for and help with. Granted some companies are legitimately real however plant therapy also stands with there customers. Now this blend has been an amazing addition to our nightly routine ( and bedtime oils) . My kids are special needs and ( everyone and every family is different) oils have helped so much when it comes to bedtime. We diffuser different blends with our rotation but sweet slumber has been very effective thus far not only on my kids ( soon to be 3 and 5) but also on myself.As always thank you Plant therapy.

It has a neat smell. Woodsy, citrusy, and something else. None of us are sure if we like it, but it's not bad either.Sadly, within minutes I developed nausea. I put 5-6 drops in a spray bottle, shook it up, and sprayed it 4 times in a large room, and spent the next couple of hours feeling like I was going to throw up. I aired out the room as quickly as I could once I realized I was reacting to the blend.I do have several allergies to pollen and some food allergies. I also tend to be sensitive to some medicines. I haven't had this experience with essential oils before, but I also haven't tried all the ones in this blend. I have used other plant therapy oils without issues. Just glad it didn't do this to my kids.Each of our bodies are different. This didn't work out for me.

I was super nervous to buy this at first because you never know with things you buy online . Omg I turn my kid’s humidifier on 10 minutes before they go to bed . When it’s time for bed it’s not a screaming match anymore they go to bed instally and knocked out asleep in 10 minutes

We tried this product for our very stubborn sleeper that has some special needs (non-verbal). He typically wakes up at least once per night, but he can't tell us what is causing him to wake up. We have tried everything under the sun to help him sleep with no luck. I finally read about this product and we started diffusing it in his room (we also use the Nighty Night roll-on). He has been sleeping so great since we started using this product. Even when he does wake up in the middle of the night, he seems to fall back asleep much faster than he was before we used this. I highly recommend giving this a try if you have a difficult sleeper.

Love this oil for my boys diffuser. Smells really nice and really helps them to calm down before bed.

With a little one waking through the night I’ve just started diffusing this and so far so good. Time will tell but it’s still a lovely scent nonetheless.

Love this product it’s nice and woodsy I alternate between this blend and a lavender chamomile blend for sleep
