Been using around 3/4 times a week. Unsure of any effects to be honest. Use during day for around 8 hours because too uncomfortable in bed. No leakages but elastic very uncomfortable for my body type. I've cut the 2 elastic tapes off and replaced them nearer the upper and lower edges of the pad so now more comfortable.Would definitely suggest wider elastic to be more widely spaced on the belt.

This is good. Just a note to a new purchaser..when using warm up some castor oil on a stove top. I used about ½cup. When warmed, pour on inside of pack and spread out even before use. Store folded in a ziploc bag. Can be reused for 3months before washing. Make sure it's fastened well, so no oil leaks! Oh and wear clothes you don't mind getting oily in case of oil! It doesn't leak, but I used a lot of oil once and as I usually use it overnight, tiny bits of oil got on my pj's!

I was pleased with this. It was as stated and stitching etc perfect. Lovely and soft and very comfortable towear. Definitely the buttons and elastic make it really adjustable and still comfortable and secure.

I’m a large woman and it covers me well. The string and button fitting is great!! I’ve been sleeping with it and no leakage was experienced. I would recommended.

As this is the first castor oil compress that I’ve used I’m not able to compare with other styles. Instead of the rectangular shape maybe the kidney design would be a better fit for me. I would like the elastic straps to be at the very corners for a better fit particularly under breasts and not a few centimeters in. It does bunch up a bit. However, it is well made and I bought this product due to it stating chemical free. I do wear an old top to bed as some oil will get on to clothes and sheet. That’s no big deal.

I've had a few leaks unlike other reviews, but perhaps because I do like a lot of oil on my compresses! Very convenient, super easy to use on other body parts as well as liver (i.e chest for breasts, lower tummy for womb etc). Definitely recommend over a homemade compress which can get very messy. This makes it much easier if you do castor oil packs regularly. Nice material too, good quality.
