fav lipbalm ordered strawberry got lemon but its still very nice hydrates my lips well and nice shine

The strawberry one was fine, arrived undamaged, smells nice and does the job. The lemon one looked like it had melted. Some of the balm was squashed into the cover so unusable & the top was therefore squashed. What’s left can still be used but just disappointing.

Brilliant !
Have tried many lip salves and none really work. Thought I'd give this type a try as it's an oil. I found it great and have nearly used all the first one I got which was strawberry so ordered the twin pack this time so I could try both. Really pleased and it works !
