Really perfect
This is the BEST thing I’ve ever used on my curly hair (mostly 3a some 2c if you believe in that system). I’ve used SO many different products too, so I have a good idea of what’s good and bad. It makes my hair so soft yet it leaves a slight crunch to make sure it’s all locked in while it’s drying. I’m convinced that those who left bad reviews are using it wrong hahah. So easy to work with. So good.

Nice product for air dried hair
Leaves my thin & frizzy hair looking curly and bouncy with a tiny blob worked through hair before air drying, but a bit sticky. I can't skip washing the next day or it's nasty (without product, I can usually go three days without shampooing).

Love the smell, works great too!
Literally cannot be without this one. I love the sunbum smell and it works so well on my curly hair. You can apply and let air dry, or style with blow dryer. Not to heavy or greasy. If you love the summery smell of sunbum, you will love this!

Strong smell, so-so texture
I got this in hopes of simplifying my curly hair routine. The banana scent is overpowering and the texture left my hair feeling clumpy and almost sticky. There was no reduction in frizz as compared to hair with no product.I tried it again using less product. Hoping to improve the feel of my hair, but it was still sticky. I tried it in my son's curly hair, same result.This did come out nicely on my daughter's hair that has just a touch of waviness to it. However, there was no point as it didn't visibly change her wave or hold it in place longer, nor did it change the amount of frizz she usually experiences.I can't imagine the hair type that I would recommend this for.

Can give you awesome beach hair if you use it right.
A little goes a long way and will take some experimenting with your hair type to hit that fun spot.

My Hawai’i living staple
This is a hair care staple for me! I live in Hawai’i and this is a life saver from ocean, to pool, to blazing sun, to humidity, to caught in a monsoon! My hair stays protected, manageable and soft. Beach waves without the frizz. Easy to take on the go. A little goes a long way, so it lasts forever. I have a bit of wave on my hair, it’s on the fine side, but I have a lot of it. This is one product I cannot do without.
