I have had this model for 10 years now. I have never had a problem. So many complaints on these that you have to clean them every week. Well anybody who owns a pellet stove knows you have to clean these every few days. A thorough cleaning at least once a month. When you do this you don't have problems. These are not a lazy person set it and forget it. When you clean them properly they work right forever. I remove mine every fall completely clean it including cleaning out the vacuum tubes and checking all the connections. I will shortly have to replace the blower fan on it. From the wear of years of running it is getting louder and louder. But that is completely expected

I have had nothing but trouble with this stove since I bought it. I have replaced the Control board, 3 igniters and 2 Snap caps. You have to clean it at least once a week and it has continued to be a pain ever since I bought it. Tech support just tells you to start replacing things, Snap cap, exhaust sensor, room temp sensor, control board until you finally get the thing to work for a month or two and then you can start over replacing everything again. I have lots of spare parts now. Don't waste your money unless you just like to work on stoves all the time. Buy a good stove, not this one.

Everything on this stove breaks. The handle broke off after two years ($140 replacement part, not including any labor), and we’re on our third blower in that same time, and PelPro won’t stand by their warranty because they already replaced it once. The thing is down more than working and you have to pull apart the whole hopper to clean the auger because a piece of dust got in the way.Pelpro? More like he!! no.
