These are great, really well balanced and I don't have the same acid response I do with many multivits. They do have high a very zinc to copper ratio which is great for me (and most) as stress causes low zinc levels and the ratio is the most important thing, but if you know you need to supplement with copper, you're likely to need an additional. One star deducted as the picture is not of the exact bottle; the ones that came are "with greens", contain many natural ingredients such as spirulina which some are allergic to and couldn't know that before purchasing!Ps they do turn pee green 😂

These are quite large in size, but they're coated and easy to swallow. Really good. Feel so well since I've been taking them.

The tablet is absolutely HUGE
I previously had some Deva vitamins in a green bottle, which were lovely and small and oh so easy to swallow. Couldn't find those but thought these were the same ones in a different packaging... Boy was I wrong. These things are HUGE - as long as a large capsule and 3 times as thick. Not fun to swallow if you have problems with larger pills like I do.Plus side - the nutrients seem good, the price is great and they're vegan. Also there appears to be a dark green coating on the pill which hopefully may stop that nasty dog food taste you get when swallowing uncoated natural multivitamins. Good job too, because at this size it may take a few tries to get it down...

Warning! Contains the cheaper synthetic Cyanocobalamin
I'm so sorry to have to give this less than 5 stars but I need to give an honest review and let other people know what my problem with this product is, firstly I bought this alongside the DEVA B-12 Methylcobalamin supplements thinking that because they were from the same company they would both contain the same kind of B-12...I was gutted to open the pack and discover they contained the B12 in the form of Cyanocobalamin, now I am by no means a doctor but being Vegetarian I have done A LOT of research on this ingredient and Cyanocobalamin keeps coming up time and time again as a cheap, synthetic chemical made in a laboratory. To quote NaturalNews.com (I have included the link below) "It's virtually impossible for you to find this form in nature. The vitamin is bound to a toxic, poisonous cyanide molecule that must then be removed from your body by your liver" I will let you come to your own conclusions but I think the type of B-12 big companies should be putting in our vitamin supplements is definitely Methylcobalamin: therefore this multivitamin is definitely not for me..Learn more: [...]
