Clifford James products and customer service are far superior to all other suppliers. The goods arrived well before the date quoted, packed securely and beautifully wrapped. As for the product itself - well I can only say they are exactly what I needed to sort out my badly damaged and swollen foot. Vascular disease has caused me much anxiety and pain and these shoes are so soft, well made and well fitting that I wish I had discovered this supplier years ago. This is an excellent product for feet with medical problems, especially for swollen feet. Easy to put on and take off, leather is very soft and comfortable. I like it very much (in fact I bought right away 2 pairs of this big size 14 - this is a very good feet for swollen foot of size 12).I highly recommend. This product is a great shoe both indoor and out. I bought this for my 96 year old father who has swollen feet and ankles. He liked them so much this is the second pair I have ordered for him.

A genuine 'wraparound' , light "shoe". Stronger than a slipper, softer than a shoe , and looks like should be watertight- enough for light rain anyway. My one problem with these Slipper-Shoes is that they're advertised as VERY WIDE... nope. I ordered a size Larger than my usual and they're still tight in Width . They're a narrow design. Elegant for a wraparound, but narrow. Advise ordering a size larger -at least. Going to have to pack the fronts in so they don't slip off my feet. I Do like them though. They're comparatively Very Cheap., and without rival I think. Thank you.

My father has extremely swollen feet and has been using fabric slippers for the last few months as no shoes were suitable or looked decent.These are 3 way opening, have loads of room and look stylish.I was very pleasantly surprised and extremely happy to find shoes that finally fit him and can be adjusted if swelling gets worse or goes down.Absolutely brilliant job. Would highly recommend for anyone in a similar position. You won't be disappointed.

My 93 y/o Mum has had great trouble finding the right shoes, we have tried so many in past including wide fittings and ( special ) shoes bought from mobility shops. As her feet are different sizes due to swelling and bunions she has resorted to cutting them to allow for the bunions. She also has had great problems getting the shoes on and off her feet dues to her pain on bending and needs a carer to help her. However we have had these shoes for 2 days and they are comfortable and we appear to have none of above issues. Hooray! Am optimistic this will last! Good price as well ( much cheaper than mobility shops).

Company is an absolute joke they don't provide label for you to scan back you have to go to post office for price for sending back even though the product is not stitched proper and says wide fit far from that they are a normal fit would never buy again from them and then they don't give you your money back even though signed for by them awful company
