Q: Is the "jacket" attached to the dress or can I wear the dress withour the sleeves and stuff?

It is attached. The wings are a separate piece but the dress is all 1 piece. It's a really cute outfit though. Every since mine came i been wishing Halloween would get here so i can wear it lol. I'm a karaoke DJ and booked for 3 different places for that weekend and i'm excited to get to wear it to all 3 events :D

Q: I weigh 250 with 42ddd bra what size should I get?

This outfit is really pretty. But made so small. I got xl and it looked like a small.

Q: If this dress is too big can it be adjusted to fit?

It is fairly adjustable, it has lacing in the front and you could always wear a belt with it.
