Bought for my dad it was easy to connect up but my dad's carers & family had problems when trying to start it. They didn't realise once you've put the clothes in and shut the drum door you have to spin the drum slightly then clothes the door and press start. But apart from that its great. And I good price to and comes with a 2 year warranty.

Absolutely uselees broke down in weeks and no customer support at all and none from Amazopv . Cost a fortune in phone calls over 2 weeks and stiill not sorted as we speak . Would never buy from this Amazon supplier again or from Amazon . Cannot contact anyone to either return this rubbish or get it fixed .Will be taking this much further

I decided to give this machine a try as I have used all the others available over the years and they have not been too impressive either. None seem to last beyond 6 years or so without the need for major repairs that are often more costly than buying a new machine.I think this machine has got a bad rap. I have only had it a few weeks, but it has worked just fine. Yes, one load did get unbalanced and the machine stopped, but that is because it has a built-in safety mechanism to protect the machine and the load. I just untangled the clothes and turned the machine on to spin and it completed the cycle in 10 min. I think I have contributed to the demise of some of my earlier machines that did not have this safety feature by overloading them or allowing them to become unbalanced.If this machine does not live up to its current good performance, I promise to come back and give it a black mark.

A very nice little washer , I needed a top loader because I have got severe copd,So found that a top loader washer was a lot easier to use than a front loader,

So much better than a front loading machine.

I would never buy one , ever xxx

It did not work and Amazon's response was quite awful.
