It is not genuine Gamepass[technically]
There is a loophole in the current gamepass system where when you subscribe for gamepass trial, it will convert your existing live gold to gamepass ultimate. This is actuallya feature offerred by microsoft. But these sellers are exploiting the same. What they do is, after purchase ask us to share our outlook id and password. Then they add 3year live gold subscription worth 4.5k to your account and then subscribe gamepass. So 3 year gold will be converted to 3 year gamepass ultimate and they earn 4k right away. There is an article in reddit on how to do it ourself. Just google it. This process is legal as microsoft is also aware of this and it has been existing for 3 years, but not genuine.

Charging double for what can be done in 4500Rs
This process can be easily done by purchasing and stacking 36 months of Xbox Live Gold Membership and then converting it to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (whcih contains EA Play and Ubisoft Plus). Stop wasting money.
