I have tried several, two where the 24v power supply failed within 30 seconds, One where the LED lights could be seen inside the rope, and one where you could not program Red, White, and Blue. All returned for refund, Thank You Amazon.Now about LPMYLMC Neon Rope Light with RGB-IC using the Tuya (Smart Life) app. It is connected to the app via WIFI without problems and is easily controlled with the app. It comes with a waterproof control connection and screw-on metal clips that won't break as the plastic ones could with optional two-sided tape. Now I've only had this for 24 hours but so far with my experience with others this gets 10 Stars out of 5. I've installed this on an RV awning. The app's Sunset/Sunrise on/off option automatically adjusts as needed without having to manually adjust on/off timers.Will update if needed.

I have nothing bad to say about these lights. Great buy! I do wish it was longer, but I needed it fast, and didn't want to mess with returns just for size. We used it in our Grand Finale for Halloween... "Killer Klowns from Outer Space". The controller was easy to use, once we figured it out. Only took couple of minutes to do that. As you can see it was bright and they 'ran' too!

The media could not be loaded.  Decided to try these out and honestly I’m not disappointed! As you can see from the pics they are pretty bright and you can adjust brightness to your liking with the app or remote that was provided. It pairs with my Alexa perfectly, no issues so far! I’ve bought two separate ones to hang in my office/game room (as shown in pictures. See video for Alexa compatibility). I love the neon strip lights better than the leds dot lines. Was looking for something on a budget. May upgrade the lights later this year or keep these we’ll see. My only issue is the adhesive is horrible, not even going to sugar coat that. It’s terrible. I’ve managed to keep these up on the walls adding in 3M heavy duty tape. You can put the 3M tape directly on the back of the strip and press it against the wall for 30 or more seconds to stay up. I recommend you get a 10-16ft roll just in case, and put 3M tape every 3-4 inches on the strip to help it stay up and avoid falling off the wall. I’ve had sections already fall off cause the adhesive provided sucks. The box also gives you these clips that you have to drill into the wall, to hold the neon strip too but I still feel like you might need extra reinforcements. Other than that, if you can get these to stick on the walls, they work great, colors are nice and the Alexa compatibility is great.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve had them for a few weeks now and these lights are sick they look really good, the app works great. I didn’t know if 10’ would be too short or not but it turned out great. Cool addition to my room. I haven’t needed to use the screws it comes with because the adhesive works well to hold it up.

Worked great, needed a shorter length than most of the other products on here. 10 feet fit the bill and I didn't have to cut them down!

It looks nothing like the smooth light with a nice rounded edge. Instead you can see the individual lights and there is a white coating on one side that kind of diffuses it. Even the control is didferwn Then the one in the pictures. I rolled it out set it up and it worked for about two minutes before part of it went out and then the control stopped working and finally the manual buttons on the cord stopped working. The strip and the controller are very bad quality. It’s useless now and I still have to pack it up and drive to a drop off location to get a refund. Such a waste.

Bought for my granddaughters work space in her college apartment. She loves them and the variety of display she can have!

I like the product, more or less, but one of the strips of three I ordered arrived only partially functioning. The first 30 CM or so work well, but none of the LED's after that work at all.Update: Seller replaced the broken kit.

This product is awesome! The light is really bright, and there are so many different styles to choose from.

Dieser Neon-Lichtschlauch mit RGB-IC machte uns sofort neugierig, denn immerhin konnte man hier einzelne Abschnitte individuell beleuchten. Dabei wäre gleich zu erwähnen, dass nicht alle verbauten LED's ansteuerbar sind, sondern immer ein bestimmter Bereich die gleiche Farbe annehmen kann. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, hat man hier durch aber immer noch einen großen Spielraum. Ebenfalls wichtig zu erwähnen wäre die Tatsache, dass dieses LED-Band nur IP65 hat. Es ist also nur spritzwassergeschützt und sollte daher nicht im Außenbereich verwendet werden.Um den Lichtschlauch zu testen nutzte ich die Smart Life-App, da ich mit dieser bereits einige Geräte verbunden habe. Einmal angeschlossen, kann man sich nach Herzenslust austoben und ausprobieren. Ich empfand die Oberfläche der App zwar anfangs ziemlich überfüllt, aber sobald man weiß was wo ist, macht es echt viel Spaß. Besonders gelungen fand ich die vielen Optionen, denn neben der komplett freien Belegung der Abschnitte, gab es auch die Möglichkeit Farben mit Modis zu verbinden. Diese waren nicht nur abwechslungsreich, sondern auch in der Anzahl der Farben einstellbar. Damit lässt sich eine tolle Hintergrundbeleuchtung erschaffen oder auch Licht, welches sich mit zur Musik bewegt.Auch wenn ich nicht vom Fach bin, empfand ich das LED-Band eigentlich als sehr wertig. Es ließ sich wie angegeben biegen und ist dank des für mich ausreichend langen Stromkabels auch an höheren Positionen anbringen. Jedoch sollte man sich beim Kabel selbst nicht von den Bildern blenden lassen, denn statt eines längeren normalen Kabels, hat man bereits kurz nachdem Ende des LED-Bands die Steuereinheit für die Steuerung. Erst danach erfolgt das Stromkabel.Dank der mitgelieferten Schienen kann man sich dann sein Motiv nach Wahl an die Wand zaubern. Dies werden wir auch machen, denn die vielen Optionen mit Farben, Mustern und Helligkeit wären ein echtes Highlight an der Wand.

Sono 3 i motivi per cui ho tolto due stelle a questa striscia:1 - il telecomando è ad infrarossi e non Rf e costringe a tenere il controller a vista e nel mio caso ho dovuto per questo cambiarlo.2 - i led sono WS2811 e quindi non singolarmente indirizzabili ma ogni 3, come ogni 3 si possono tagliare, nel mio caso che serviva inserito in uno specchio ho dovuto lasciare una parte nascosta.3- il prezzo pieno, ora sui 99 euro, ma anche preso in sconto a 70 euro mi sembra un po' troppo. Una striscia WS2812B da 5 metri costa 30 - 35 con controller, vuol dire che 50-70 euro si spendono per la gomma opaca che rende simile al Neon la striscia.Ormai stanno arrivando i led cob indirizzabili, più adatti allo scopo di rendere uniforme l'effetto.

Ich nutze privat für sämtliche Beleuchtungen das System Hue von Philips und bin somit gewisse Eigenschaften von solchen Produkten gewohnt. Hier müsste es sich letztendlich vom Preis her um ein hochwertiges Produkt handeln aber ist dem auch wirklich so?Der erste Eindruck ist recht gut da die Verarbeitung hochwertig ist, dann sieht man die üblichen 0815 Plastikfernbedienung die nur direktem Infrarot funktioniert, die Reichweite ist also sehr begrenzt und muss immer auf den Empfänger gerichtet werden.Das mitgelieferte Montagezubehör ist gut und erleichtert eine mögliche Wandmontage die auch definitiv bevorzugt werden sollte um den Lichterschlauch ordentlich zur Geltung bringen zu können. Variiert natürlich je nach Einsatzort.Der Lichterschlauch besteht aus einzelnen LED's die nicht einzeln adressierbar sind sondern immer drei LED's bilden eine Einheit wodurch dann letztendlich verschiedene Farben miteinander kombiniert werden können, bzw. dann die Farbverläufe entstehen. Die milchglasige Silikonabdeckung sorgt dann für den restlichen Effekt und Look.Die App ermöglich einige Einstellungen, es gibt vorgefertigte Motive und Farbformen, eine gewisse Individualität ist auch möglich, dürfte einem aber gerne noch mehr Freiheiten geben.Der Lichterschlauch an sich ist wettergeschützt und kann ohne Probleme auch draußen genutzt werden, außer der Ort des Netzteil und der Empfängereinheit sollten definitiv geschützt sein, diese weisen keinen IP-Standard auf.Farben und Effekte sind wirklich toll, auch der Musikeffekt funktioniert überraschend gut.Nun zur Anfangsfrage, ob der Preis auch der Qualität entspricht....Rein auf den Lichterschlauch bezogen ja, mehr aber auch nicht denn die Einbindung in Alexa war etwas frickelig (App,Skill des Herstellers etc.), die Begrenzung der Nutzung in nur 2,4 Ghz Wlan Netzen und wenn man bedenkt welche Technik eigentlich verbaut ist, sind mir die 89,99€ im Vergleich zu Konkurrenzprodukten deutlich zu hoch.
