Full disclosure: I didn't think I would like this book. I don't consider myself a "spiritual" person. But I was curious about it and this book blew my mind and heart wide open. The introduction gave me a deeper understanding that this is just a "lens" of one person's expression of Yeshua, Divine, whatever. The "channel" clearly states that in a way I felt was authentic, humble, and honest.When I began reading, I did NOT expect to feel a massive inner shift almost instantly. The "channel" isn't joking when she says there's deeper energy beneath the words. I consider myself to be a very rational person. And yet by page 75 I was in tears in the best possible way. I've gone to therapy in the past. This book would've saved me a lot of time and money. I felt relief, empowerment, and peace. I really liked the inclusion of prayers, meditations, and personal exercises. This isn't really a self-help book or even New Agey like I thought it would be. It has something for everyone. It's about how to be the best person you can be not only for yourself but others.This message is what we all need to hear as a world. Through reading, I felt a connection to myself and to a higher power that I've not had since childhood or maybe ever. Whether Yeshua is Christ coming through or just an expression of our highest selves, it doesn't matter. Though originally skeptical, I felt the power of it almost instantly when reading and that I just cannot discount. A real path to peace is not what I expected but what I received. I feel seen, loved, inspired, and free as a result of reading. So much so that I called my father to tell him I love and forgive him after 20 years. For me, that's an absolute miracle.I recommend this book to anyone and everyone. One of the most important, moving, and incredible books I've read. Life-changing. 5 stars isn't nearly enough.

I have been in awe of Carissa’s abilities for 4 years now. Not only is she exceptionally psychically gifted and attuned to divine transmissions and energies, but she is a natural born healer who is changed my life in many ways personally. This book is a testament to her purify, love and ability to be a channel to one of the greatest teachers and guides who has ever walked this Earth— the undistorted Yeshua. I have been a skeptic with most spiritual teachers and mediums; get, with Carissa, it feels effortless and right. I am so proud of the work she has done to get to this point of publishing this masterpiece. I know it wasn’t easy for her because she is such a private person. But—thank you. Thank you from every single human being who opens this book with an open heart and the intuition to know the Truth.

You can start at the beginning, or simply flip to a page, and Yeshua's wisdom and peace will be there for you. If you are feeling overwhelmed, grief stricken, fearful, or just that something is missing in your life, Yeshua's teachings are invaluable.The chapters have designated sections with Yeshua Teaching / Yeshua Homework / Yeshua Meditation. Each Meditation and each Homework assignment take you deeper into the teaching. This book is intended to be read and reread, listened to again and again, studied, pondered, FELT. I found it helpful to go slowly and let the lessons gently take me where I need to go. For me, I purchased the audio and the book. I like to listen first, then read and highlight passages for greater clarity.The teachings are profound. Not always easy, but worth the effort I have put in to understand and incorporate into my life. The best way for me to express my experience of Yeshua is found in the Introduction, "Yeshua is the Presence of Peace. Not just the feeling of Peace but the very Essence and energy of Peace itself. Yeshua IS Peace. Peace IS Yeshua."

I learned about this book through Elise Loehnen's podcast "Pulling the String." I really enjoyed the interview with the author, so I thought I may get something from the book. I understand she was channeling, but I found it repetitive - I got more from the interview than the book. I don't doubt that this may have some powerful messages for some folks, but it just didn't bring any joy or insight as I was reading. I got about halfway through and found I couldn't maintain my interest so I gave up. I plan to donate it, so maybe it will find the right reader - it just wasn't me.

The Divine presence recorded in this book.. is a living Word. It will take my quite some time to integrate the whole wondrous, mind blowing experience of having read this incredible book. I feel profoundly blessed to have been led to it and am deeply grateful. My heart was so warmed and my spirit completely uplifted. Carissa is the essence of love and what is so sorely needed in the world right now. Her and Yeshua‘s words and wisdom offer us a construct and framework to live by and to move us through this tumultuous time, and help us to see the light, joy and beauty of what life on this earth has to offer.Nicole Foos
