RV Electric Awning Replacement Motor 12V Compatible with Carefree Eclipse Power Awnings R001326 R001104 BLK WHT

Fits our Colorado awning, its faster rolling up then our other awing ,looks almost identical to the 2015 motor I took off. Dried grease in the gear reduction was the cause of the first motor moving slow and needed help rolling up.

The canopy on my Monoco Windsor motorhome would deploy, but would not wind back up. I had to get on a ladder and help it roll back up. I took a gamble and bought this motor, hoping it would solve the problem. Behold, it did!!! Only 3 bolts with spacer hold it in place so replacement was simple. I have only used it a dozen times so longevity has not yet been determined, but I am hopeful. And it was cheaper to buy this motor than to buy a used part that may or may not work. So I am happy with it.

I find it’s every bit as good as the original motor was. It operates smoothly and has enough power to extend and retract the awning quickly. It doesn’t struggle like my old motor did.Installing this ‘Aaiov RV Electric Awning Replacement Motor 12V Compatible with Carefree Eclipse Power Awnings’ was moderately difficult. There were no real included instructions as to how to actually replace motor. But I did find what I needed on YouTube. Just make sure you have the right tools.In summary, I’m very happy with this ‘Aaiov RV Electric Awning Replacement Motor 12V Compatible with Carefree Eclipse Power Awnings’. It works well and is only a quarter of the price of an OEM replacement motor. I don’t know how long it will last, but I’m happy now. I just wish there were better instructions included.
