Perfect Fit
No problems fitting this unit but I do have the filter housing release tool, makes removing & refitting easier.Works perfectly on our van.Recommend to fill with diesel before refitting. Van starts easily, engine stutters until it fills with fuel yhen runs perfectly.

Poor filtration
Fitted this filter as mine was clogged, still not running right so changed some other parts but still not right. Someone said change the filter as it has symptoms of a clogged filter, put a genuine one in and all my problems disappeared. This filter is not good. Not recommended

This filter fits better than the "revised" version sold by Ford!
Had to search for this shape filter after Mahle and apparently all other makers changed the flange design in the filter. Went through 3 different brands and about 5 litres of diesel before i got this one.It's a little rough on the plastic moulding but fits like a charm and has already been round Europe this summer without hiccup.Don't mess about like I did, buy this and be happy
