I ordered a Youth Small and a Youth Large. There is absolutely no difference in sizing. They both fit like an adult Medium.

The jersey worked really well for what I was needing. I used fabric paint on it to personalize it and wore it to a social club mixer, and it was really good quality. If I need to get a blank jersey again, I'd definitely order this one.
