What if my Keevo device stops working & I order a new one to then find out my carbon key is also not working with new device or is also faulty?

Accepted Answer

You should keep your Carbon Key in a separate location.  We offer an optional service where we can store your Carbon Key in a geo-dispersed, enterprise grade vault by Iron Mountain.  In this case, it is very unlikely that your Carbon Key and your Keevo wallet would stop working at the same time.  But you have to have at least one of these to authenticate yourself along with your password and your fingerprint.  You basically have to have any 3 of the 4 factors we provide to authenticate yourself and restore you seed phrase and private master key.
