I was given one of these last Christmas, mainly for use on the BBQ and found it was good so got a second one just before Christmas this year and they have made cooking a breeze!!! The remote probe is great when cooking a joint or bird as it allows the internal temp to be checked without opening the oven and loosing heat

This thermometer is easy to use and easy to read has a remote probe allowing you to observe the temperature when cooking.

Turns off after awhile which isn’t great when the food is still cooking. Turned off while cooking beef in the oven and ended up over cooking the meat. Had a timer set to go off once it reaches a certain temperature and never went off. Bit annoying.

Great probe does what you want it to do! The extra wired probe part is very useful too. Theirs a magnetic on the back so for me this is brilliant as I am in mobile catering and I can just put it onto the stainless steel and it won't go anywhere

I love BBQing but can’t believe it’s taken me this long to get a temperature probe. While I rarely have a problem of underdone meats, this device makes the checking process a LOT faster than my normal method of cutting into the meat and checking for clear running juices. Even better is it can measure for different types of meats and is very easy to use. You simply open out the probe which switches it on, and insert it into the thickest part of your joint or steak for almost instant reading.A brilliant hi tech addition to my trusty BBQ tool kit.

Honestly am very impressed with this. Well worth the extra money. Had the cheaper ones before but this is amazing. Really nice carry case. Easy to use. Fast and accurate. Removable long probe. Buying another for a gift

It matched the readings on my current ( much more expensive) thermometer

Simple and well made this works a treat around the kitchen.Simply open it to turn on, get your reading, clean and close to turn off.Straight forward no faff.
