Quite small, but very well made and will certainly be given as intended gift. I like the idea of having a box, in which to keep the journal/diary safe.The fact that padlocking is optional, as the box will fasten quite securely without needed the padlock.The pages inside are delicately printed with soft colours that will not detract from one's entries.The page turner/book mark a pleasnt edition, yet a bit thick I thought.I arrived in good order and in time stated.Would buy again.

It's beautiful, however it fell apart the second I got it out of the package. The cardboard that makes up the walls of the box are stuck together by not-so-sturdy glue and simply came apart. A shame as the book is beautiful and so is the little book mark. I'll leave it up to you as to whether or not you should buy it, but for me the whole appeal was that it came in a lockable box and the box is useless. Going to have to superglue it back together.

I was happy to receive this very quickly after ordering. However, the happiness didn't last for very long, and was soon replaced with frustration. Couldn't find the key and the box was locked, so to open it, I had no choice but to break the lock. Then, when I opened it, I found the keys inside the box. What use are the keys placed inside the locked box that you need the keys to open in the first place? Anyway, the pages in the book are quite pretty. However, the book is very small, but it clearly states that it is size a6, so it's my own fault for not reading the description properly.

This lockable notebook with 288 pages is a very genuine product because i am able to lock all my secrets and thoughts into book and no one would be able to read it without the keys. The design of the front and the back cover of the book is really good because it is a moonlight themed book which means means dreams are looked into the book. Inside the book, it is a different kind of theme where on different pages such as a theme with dolphin which is really good and the colour are eye catching. The product comes with a unique book mark which i loved because it wouldn't be easily broken which means it will last long. The product is durable because i have this for nearly a year and it is still worth keeping since there are many pages still available to write on. Overall, i would recommend this product to every person who wants to give a gift to their best friend or anyone because this product is just outstanding.

Love this book. Befitting for writing to my dad and vice Versa. I am using this instead of birthday cards to capture thoughts for each other to read.

although this was smaller than expected it is beautifully made the box is good and strong to hold the book the pages within the book have lovely pictures but without them negating the use of the pages bought this as a gift so really pleased with the quality and look of the book will think of it again as another gift for someone else

Must agree with other reviewers- a really beautiful unique gift for anyone who likes to keep a journal. Each page has a printed background that is of lovely quality and just calls out for your thoughts/poetry/drawings etc. Highly recommended and very good price.

There are few lined pages in the notebook. Despite the fact that the box is A5, the book is definitely not. If you need a small but oddly thick notebook the this is for you. If not, don't waste your money.
