Best lure I have. Hands down.
Of course different lures have there place at different times. This lure caught me a fish the first time I used it and have never stuck out since when using it. It’s the best lure I have by far and I have a ton. This will forever be tied in one of my lines, if not 2. I have it in a blue/green and then I have the black with the purple accents. The black one is the one. It gets fish. If there are fish there, it gets them. Hands down.

Bad news and great news.
Bad news first. Second pike I caught on this lure left the plastic skirt shredded pieces floating at the surface of the lake. Great news? Lack of the flimsy skirt didn't seem to bother the fish at all. Caught lots of largemouth bass and pike without the skirt. Probably caught 50-60 fish on that lure the rest of the week.

Update to reinventing the wheel
The slobberknocker is a great new addition to not only Berkley’s ever expanding lineup but to the bladed jig niche as well. The head-thru design with the blade creates a unique vibration compared to a jackhammer, thundercricket, the original chatterbait, all the “homemade” bladed jigs, and even the big blade. Comes thru grass great, trailer is perfectly matched def a better and best time to use this bladed jig.

Another win for Berkley
Like the vibration with the thru head design. Have almost all of them now in the weights /colors. Would buy again. Good hook up ratio

SlobberKnobber against Stiff Competition!
The Slobberknobber is up against some stiff competition as we all know. But it's sweeter than corn on the cob. However, it rose to the occasion like a champion after getting stuck in a thick bush. After 3 back to back hawgs really pulling hard the shaft was still stiff but had a slight bend in it. A petite/mini version would be stimulating. Hoping you will make one with a plaid skirt! From: Richard Longwood: 3/24/23
